About Us

Waterborne Environmental, Inc. was established in 1993 to provide outstanding consulting services related to nonpoint source pollution and the environment.

Waterborne founders W. Martin (Marty) Williams and Patrick (Pat) W. Holden began the company soon after leaving positions with USEPA. The company has grown from a handful of employees to nearly ten times its original size with a stable staff of highly educated and experienced scientists and engineers. Waterborne’s reputation as unbiased scientists helps us establish a solid basis for discussion between clients and regulatory agencies. Our intimate knowledge of regulatory procedures allows us to anticipate how end products will be received.

A Multidisciplinary approach

Our teams of scientists and engineers work on projects at the field, watershed, regional, and national levels. As the world leader in agrochemical fate assessment, we have developed an extensive network of clients and partners in industry, contract facilities, and regulatory agencies in North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Pacific Rim.
