Agrochemical product developers and manufactures are required to register their products with federal agencies of the countries where they will be used. Waterborne specializes in supporting companies in the registration and reregistration process in the US, Canada, Europe, and other countries around the world. We make sure that the fate and risk assessments comply with the applicable regulations. We work with the agrochemical industry to make sure that the required health and environmental standards are met. We also collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry to refine modeling scenarios and field studies.

In the United States, registration of agrochemical products is governed by FIFRA. Companies seeking registration of their plant protection products in Europe need to meet the requirements of Directive 91/414/EEC and its subsequent Annexes.
