Les Carver

Chief Administrative Officer, Hydrogeologist

Les has over 20 years of experience conducting hydrogeologic and water quality investigations. As a Senior Manager of Waterborne’s field studies program, he contributes to all phases of the program, including study design, field investigations and study implementation, data analysis, report preparation, marketing, and personnel management. Les has also served as principal investigator and/or study director on numerous ground and surface water studies.

Les’ project experience ranges from small-scale prospective and retrospective groundwater studies, to Community Water Supply drinking-water studies, watershed scale surface-water quality studies, run-off studies, urban run-off studies, and aquatic dispersion studies under the USEPA Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Standards. In addition, his project capabilities include contaminant assessments of RCRA facilities, hydrocarbon releases, and CERCLA sites—environmental assessments for property transfer and environmental liability, and underground storage tank assessment and closures.
